You will also learn guilt-free ways of balancing your needs with those of othersa partner, children, friends, or relativeswho depend on you.
Whatever your situation may be, I will urge you to show yourself the same care and kindness that you would a young child. Before your body can give you its peak performance, it needs good food, enough sleep, regular exercise, periodic medical checkups, and time to play. You deserve the best! Don’t settle for less.
I can show you how to mine your past experiences to meet present challenges and manage stress. I can also show you how to advocate for yourself with family members, your employer, and other professionals. I will offer referrals, as the need arises.
